Place an Order

Feel free to browse through our product list and send us email if you have questions about our products, payment or shipping. When you want to purchase an item, simply click to put it into your shopping cart and fill out the size & quantity. After you finish shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the information step by step. Usually, we dispatch the order within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed unless the item is out of stock.

Customer Service Standard and Feedback

All sales are final. Please look through the descriptions and pictures to gain a thorough understanding of the item, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are uncertain about any products, please feel free to contact us.

Our office hour is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Beijing Time, except major holidays. We usually reply customer email within 1 business day.

Delivery

All orders are usually sent to logistic company for processing within 1 business day upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your item within 4 -15 business days (depending on the shipping method you choose), excluding Saturday and Sunday.

We make utmost effort to deliver within the benchmark time. However, if delay is caused by unforeseeable factors, such as natural disasters or customs issues imposed by your government, we will not be liable for any loss or delay for factors beyond our control.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order. Should you choose to wait for inventory replenishment, we will also inform you of the estimated arrival time.

Return of Product

Good sold are not returnable unless it is damaged upon arrival. So please check your items immediately upon delivery and email us within 2 days if you find any damaged or missing items.

Replacement and Refund Policy

You may request for a replacement or a refund if you receive damaged products, or if you do not receive your order within 30 days. If you receive defective or damaged products, we will either replace it with a new shipment or refund you.
